Abstract

This thesis examines the application of Agile Project Management (APM) in hotel rebranding projects, emphasizing its impact on project flexibility, cross-departmental collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Using qualitative methods, the study highlights how APM practices, such as iterative cycles and continuous feedback loops, enhance adaptability, foster teamwork, and align outcomes with market demands. Findings reveal that while APM improves responsiveness and customer engagement, challenges like increased communication costs require careful management. The study offers practical insights for integrating APM into rebranding strategies to boost competitiveness and customer loyalty in the hospitality industry.
