Abstract
Despite the popularity of using agile methods in software development, many companies still struggle with efficiency problems. These issues lead to financial losses and make it harder for them to compete in the fast-paced software industry. This study aims to find solutions to these problems by looking into effective ways to improve how agile methods are used and to overcome the challenges of putting them into practice. By examining what factors contribute to the success of agile project management, this research hopes to offer useful advice for making software development projects more efficient and productive. The findings from this study could help companies make better decisions and improve how they use agile methods in their work.
