Abstract
This paper discusses the impact of adapting Artificial Intelligence in the acquisition of a dental office on the Triple Constraints of Project Management in the Iron Triangle, Schedule, Budget and Scope. The study also aims to examine the value that Artificial Intelligence adds to the startup process compared to traditional methods. Modern project management aims to integrate Artificial Intelligence in the gathering, processing, and integration of project-related data to where value creation through innovation is not just an aspiration but a tangible reality. Dentistry is no exclusion of this, implementing Artificial Intelligence has been a trend and Artificial Intelligence has its powerful role in diagnosis through its tools among other administrative roles in the dental office.
The issue regarding this topic is the lack of understanding of the concept of utilizing Artificial Intelligence in the dental office start up and the Stakeholders question the additional cost in technology software, training, and ongoing maintenance.
This research paper is devoted to uncovering the multifaceted role of Artificial Intelligence in empowering entrepreneurial aspect in Dentistry to transition from ideation to value creation.
Since this is relatively a new topic, new advancements can evolve from the study hence updating an outdated information and guide the path for future research will improve patients’ experiences, standard of care and patients’ access to dental offices.
